To place a mail order, use the shopping cart and checkout just as if you were going to order online with a credit card.

1. Begin by clicking the "place order" button.

2. Then choose the option to "display order form". This will display a summary of your order and our mailing address. Our checkout software will also correctly calculate your order total including shipping and handling.

3. Print out the order and mail to us along with payment.

If you choose to pay by personal check your order may be held until it clears our bank, which can be up to 7 business days for out of state checks. Money orders and credit card orders are processed within two business days.
